We work with you and your design team to figure out the best way to create your new home, within your budget and schedule. We also assist with permit applications, materials sourcing and everything else needed to get your project started.

Accurate budgeting 

You will receive a detailed budget covering every task and material for your project. We then go through the budget with you line-by-line so you thoroughly understand it. You will understand how your design decisions impact cost and you will be able to use the budget as an accurate planning tool.

Project Management and in-house team of carpenters 

Patrick and/or James will oversee every aspect of your project and be there on site to manage the work. They are supported by our in-house team of carpenters, who also take on the responsibility of managing trades and making sure things are built correctly.

Supportive aftercare

Have a question about your house? Something need troubleshooting? We are here to correct any deficiencies and will be your resource for any future questions related to your home.
